Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an artificial disc nucleus used in an artificial disc inserting procedure and an artificial disc comprising the same and, more specifically, to an artificial disc nucleus which has 1,000-1,110 kPa of bulk modulus, 19-20 kPa of initial pore pressure, and 2.9-3.1 of initial void ratio and to an artificial disc comprising the same. According to the present invention, provided are an artificial disc nucleus having an optimal biocompatible behavior of having a high resistance under a quick loading condition like hard and soft tissues of a human body, and a low resistance under a slow loading condition; and an artificial disc comprising the same.
