Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a device and a method for forming a glass surface for functional glass surface production and, more specifically, to a device and a method for forming a glass surface according to which glass surface forming is available at room temperature and continuous functional micro pattern transfer onto the entire glass area is allowed with a simple system without any additional post-treatment process. The present invention includes a glass plate; a roll mold that performs a rolling motion in a state of being in contact with a surface of the glass plate and forms micropatterns on the surface of the glass plate; and a heat source device that is arranged in the upper portion of the glass plate, irradiates the surface of the glass plate immediately before the contact between the roll mold and the glass plate with a convergent ray which has the form of a line parallel to the roll mold, and locally heats only partial thickness of the surface of the glass plate to a glass transition temperature or higher.
