Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an air conditioner, an air conditioning system and a method for controlling the same. The air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a compressor for compressing and discharging a refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger for heat-exchanging the refrigerant with the outdoor air; an indoor heat exchanger prepared on the interior space, where the air conditioning takes place, and heat-exchanges the refrigerant with the indoor air; an indoor fan prepared on one side of the indoor heat exchanger to forcibly flow the indoor air through the indoor heat exchanger; a leakage sensor unit for sensing the leakage of the refrigerant leaking into the interior space; and a control unit for controlling the compressor or the indoor fan, based on the sensed refrigerant sensed by the leakage sensor unit. The control unit drives a ventilation device prepared inside the interior space when the leakage of the leakage sensor unit is sensed.
