SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. An aspect of a solar cell according to the present invention includes a substrate which contains first conductive type impurities; an emitter which is located in the front surface of the substrate and contains second conductive type impurities opposite to the first conductive type impurities; a back surface protection layer which is located in the back surface of the substrate and has opening parts; a back surface electric field part which contains the first conductive type impurities; a first electrode which is connected to the emitter part; and a second electrode part which is connected to the back surface electrode part. The back surface electric field part includes a first back surface electric field part which is located on the back surface of the back surface protection layer and has opening parts, and a second back surface electric filed part which is located in the back surface of the substrate exposed by the opening parts of the back surface protection layer.
