Zusammenfassung:	A method for forming, by a base station, a beam link in a wireless communications system using a beam forming technique of the present invention includes the steps of determining at least one downward beam to be used for downlink transmission/reception; transmitting the downward beam including a reference signal to a terminal; and receiving an upward beam including the reference signal from the terminal and updating the downward beam so that a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is increased. According to the present invention, a beam link can be rapidly constructed using an initial beam link between a base station and a terminal and adaptive beam forming in a BDMA cellular system of a high-frequency band.
