Zusammenfassung:	The present invention according to an embodiment relate to a battery pack including a first cell and a second cell of which electrical properties are different and a power device including the same. The first cell and the second cell are connected in parallel to each other to form a combination cell, and a plurality of combination cells may be connected in series to each other to form a battery pack. Moreover, a first sub-battery pack in which a plurality of first cells is connected in series to each other and a second sub-battery pack in which a plurality of second cells is connected in series to each other may be connected in parallel to each other to form a battery pack. The electrical characteristics include at least one among OCV voltage characteristics according to each SOC of the first cell and the second cell, an internal resistance, an operation voltage, and a capacity.
