Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a combined ocean energy power plant of a double basin tidal type merging tidal power generation, wave power generation, and pumping-up power generation. A seawall consisting of a wind power plant and a wave overtopping channel is divided into a first reservoir and an inland sea, which conduct power generation and water pumping, bordering a reservoir sluice, in order to satisfy power consumption seamlessly, enable power generation with low waves, and minimize energy loss during storage of surplus energy. The inland sea is divided into a second reservoir, a third reservoir, and a fourth reservoir by embankments each having water turbine generator. The second reservoir generates electricity through a place with a high head of the open sea and other reservoirs using wave energy and drained water for power generation pumped with the tidal. The third reservoir conducts water output generation up to a high tide level and fills the power generation gap before and after high tide by water input generation through the second reservoir. The fourth reservoir becomes empty up to the high tide level and fills the power generation gap before and after high tide by water input generation through the open sea or the second reservoir. Therefore, the combined ocean energy power can continuously generate electricity through a place with a high head of the open sea or the reservoir using drained water for power generation or a water input generation head obtained while conducting power generation using a tidal range and waves, and can fill the power generation gap using a pumping-up power generation system pumping water with surplus water turbine power, thereby adjusting annual electric supply itself, lowering power costs by increasing generating efficiency and power accumulation efficiency and reducing preliminary electricity costs, and promoting to inhibition of global warming with the use of new renewable energy with infinite regeneration properties. |
