Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for calibrating a camera. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: calculating image coordinates regarding a specific point and image coordinates regarding a specific point after a vehicle is moved from an image photographed by a camera which is arranged in the vehicle during vehicle driving; calculating a moving distance of the specific point in an image coordinate system using the image coordinates regarding the specific point and the image coordinates regarding the specific point after the vehicle is moved; measuring a moving distance of the specific point in an actual coordinate system; and calculating a calibration matrix using the moving distance of the specific point in the image coordinate system and the moving distance of the specific point in the actual coordinate system. According to the present invention, the camera can be calibrated more quickly and conveniently by automatically calibrating the camera during vehicle driving.
