COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINED HORSE CHESTNUT EXTRACT

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a horse chestnut fruit extract. The cosmetic composition containing a horse chestnut fruit extract is obtained by the steps of: collecting fruits of horse chestnut which can be commonly found as a roadside tree, and fully drying the fruits, followed by washing the fruits; adding an organic solvent to the horse chestnut fruits which has been washed to dissolve the fruits in the organic solvent; extracting useful ingredients from the fruits while agitating the fruits and the organic solvent at room temperature; and filtering an extract obtained in the extracting step, and pressure concentrating the extract while heating the extract. Therefore, a cosmetic composition containing various kinds of useful ingredients such as quercetin and the like can be obtained at low manufacturing costs. Simultaneously, provided is an eco-friendly cosmetic composition capable of entirely satisfying safety secured by a natural substance, unproblematic stability in formulation during the addition of the cosmetic composition to cosmetics, and usability due to antioxidation, anti-skin aging, etc.
