Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fuel rods auto-loading apparatus for assembling a nuclear fuel assembly by disposing assembled fuel rods in a unit component at a case in a rod bundle. The fuel rods auto-loading apparatus includes a fuel road loading unit (100) having a plurality of pile parts (110) including a plurality of fuel rods which is classified, piled, and horizontally stored; a fuel rod loading-unit (200) assembled in a unit component to elevate the reviewed fuel rods according to a bar code marked to respective fuel rods; a feeding unit (300) for assembling the fuel rods in the fuel rods case (20) in a row unit while horizontally positioning fuel rods in the row unit; a fuel rod unloading unit (400) to selectively unload a specific rod among the fuel rods stored in the loading unit (100) and transfer the unloaded specific rod to the feeding unit (300); a fuel rod assembly lifter (500) disposed at the same level as the feeding unit (300) and in which the fuel rod case (20) is mounted to be elevated; and a controller (600) to control the driving of the fuel rod loading unit (200), the feeding unit (300), and the unloading unit (400). Fuel rods assembled in a unit component are automatically classified and kept so that inventory management with respect to a fuel rod is efficient. Further, when the fuel rod assembly is assembled, a necessary type of the fuel rod is automatically unloaded to assembly the fuel rod assembly so that productivity may be increased. |
