Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode which comprises the steps of: forming a first electrode layer; treating the first electrode layer with tetrafluoromethane plasma; forming a first common layer including pentacene on the first electrode layer; forming an organic light emitting layer on the first common layer; forming a second common layer on the organic light emitting layer; and forming a second electrode layer on the second common layer. The light emitting efficiency of the organic light emitting diode is improved with the plasma treatment.
