Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, provided is a method for preventing decrease in open circuit voltage due to electronic conduction through a CeO2-based solid electrolyte which is generated by applying the solid electrolyte in a metallic thin film support type cell for a solid oxide fuel cell in which a metallic thin film is used as a support, a hole is selectively formed only at a central portion of the metallic thin film which is required in an electrode reaction, no pore is present in an outer shell, and a dense metallic thin film structure is provided.
