AQUEOUS ENAMEL COMPOSITION AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly aqueous enamel composition for nails, and to a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, manufactured can be an aqueous nail enamel which uses purified water and an aqueous dispersion type water-soluble resin to be odorless and harmless to the human body and environment and to have the same function and effect to an oil-based nail enamel, instead of using an oil-based nail enamel based on an organic solvent and nitrocellulose thus having bad smell and toxicity. Moreover, the aqueous nail enamel is composed of a liquid base and an aqueous coloring agent, wherein the liquid base can be used also as a colorless and transparent nail varnish according to circumstances.
