Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a conversion method using memory and an apparatus therefore. The apparatus includes a horizontal calculation unit performing horizontal conversion on each row of data having the same number of rows and columns such as square matrix; a memory unit having discrete memories having the same number as the rows or columns; a horizontal register unit separately storing each of pieces of data of each row in each of the discrete memories from a result according to the horizontal conversion of each row; a vertical register unit reading data with a single clock from the different memories; and a vertical conversion unit performing vertical conversion on data read by the vertical register unit.
