The oriented electrical steel sheet includes 2.5-4.5 wt% of Si, 0.015-0.040 wt% of acid soluble Al, 0.01-0.20 wt% of Mn, 0.03-0.09 wt% of C, 0.0010-0.006 wt% of N, 0.0010-0.006 wt% of S, 0.03-0.1 wt% of Ni, 0.03-0.07 wt% of Sn, 0.01-0.05 wt% of Sb, 0.01-0.05 wt% of P, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
