Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a system for downloading a video for a mobile terminal, which comprises a mobile terminal; and a set-top box paired with the mobile terminal, and a method for downloading a video for a mobile terminal. According to one aspect of the present invention, the system for downloading a video for a mobile terminal comprises a mobile terminal; and a set-top box paired with the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal requests a video providing server to provide a video, and the set-top box downloads the video by the video providing server requested to provide the video and transmits at least a part of the downloaded video to the mobile terminal.
