Zusammenfassung:The present technique forms fine diamond particles by suppressing the nucleation growth of diamond particles, and improve the surface roughness and friction coefficient of diamond coating compared to conventional diamond coating by controlling the content ratio of SP3 and SP2 structures of diamond and applying a surface pre-treatment technique. Based on the present technique, superior cutting performance and lifespan can be achieved compared to that of a DLC coating layer in a process of cutting aluminum alloy (duralumin) or carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates. Thus, the cutting roughness can be significantly improved compared to that of a diamond coating layer.
