Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus heat-sealing the side part of a three dimensional spacer fabric knitted by a double Lasell method forming a mesh layer composed of pile yarn formed in a surface layer and a back layer made of a synthetic fiber made of a thermoplastic resin, and connecting the surface layer and the back layer at the same time. The heat fusion apparatus for a three dimensional spacer fabric comprises a transferring part transferring the three dimensional fabric; and a heat fusion part having two high temperature rollers formed at the side of the transferring part to heat-seal the side part of the three dimensional spacer fabric.
