Zusammenfassung:The present invention firstly reduces the generation of foreign materials by applying a steel use stainless (SUS) mesh layer to a cable in an oven device and also secondarily reduces the generation of foreign materials by applying a bellows tube to the cable. And, the present invention provides an oven device which thirdly reduces the generation of foreign materials by applying a duck structure and fourthly reduces the generation of foreign materials by making the oven device touch the cable.
