Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a method for providing and managing quality information in a mobile voice over internet protocol (mVoIP) service. According to an embodiment, the method to provide and manage quality information in mVoIP service comprises the following steps: a first terminal sets a second terminal and session via an mVoIP server; the first terminal transmits transmission packets to the second terminal using the session set by the first terminal, and receives receiving packets from the second terminal; producing at least one piece of first quality information about the transmission and receiving packets; producing second quality information; reporting at least one piece of first quality information periodically preset by the mVoIP server; and reporting the second quality information per second period preset by the mVoIP server.
