AUTOMATIC INSPECTING SYSTEM AND ENGINE PARTS

An inspection system for engine parts is disclosed. The inspection system for engine parts is to inspect the quality of inspected engine parts in an engine processing line. The inspection system for engine parts comprises at least one articulated robot arranged in the outside of a transfer path in which inspected objects are transferred; mount brackets mounted on the front end of each arm of the robot; touchproof units installed in one side of the mount brackets and measuring the existence and step pulley of the inspected portions of the inspected objects by touching the inspected portions according to the movement of the arms; photographing units installed in the other side of the mount brackets and photographing the inspected objects in all directions according to the movement of the arms; and a controller for determining whether or not the inspected objects satisfy fair quality by reading measurement values measured by the touchproof units and vision data photographed by the photographing units.
