Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to functional composite powder which shows different physical properties according to external environment by coating an amphiprotic material having functional groups with different properties from each other within a molecular structure to a powder surface; a method for manufacturing the same; and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. The functional composite powder according to the present invention can adjust water-resisting qualities and dispersibility by changing external conditions. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has good usability and can easily remove makeup by expressing dispersibility instead of water-resisting qualities when a user washes or takes a shower using soap having excellent water-resisting qualities and alkalinity.
