Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a heating tower with a heat pump. The present invention comprises a case; a fan configured to take air through an inlet and to discharge the air through an outlet; an injection pipe for injecting cooling water; a filler for absorbing the injected cooling water; and a water collection tank for storing cooling water which is falling down. The present invention can be used as a heating tower instead of being simply used as a cooling tower as the heating tower with a heat pump uses waste heat in a compressor caused by the operation of a heat pump for a heat exchange cycle of the cooling tower when the heat pump carries out cooling and heating operations; and has high energy efficiency by carrying out heat exchange, except for the filler, using rainwater inside a rainwater discharge pipe, flowing into the case.
