Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a precast concrete speedy frame (PC-SF) construction method capable of reducing the construction period of a typical floor having a plane identically applied inside a high-rise building which uses a structure form to integrate a wall structure with a Rahmen structure and makes the construction plan be implemented towards the direction of lifting a load, at its minimum, from a tower crane. In this sense, whereby the method actively applies industrial materials such as PC to a column, a beam, a slab and stairs; the method is named as the PC-SF construction method. According to the present invention, the PC-SF construction method comprises: a typical floor design step to design a typical floor to be composed of a core, a Rahmen structure, bearing walls of both sides of the typical floor and curtain walls of the front and rear sides of the typical floor; and a typical floor construction step to construct a shear wall of the core and the bearing walls of both sides of the typical floor using an auto-climbing form, and the Rahmen structure and the stairs inside the core using a PC column, a PC beam or a steel frame beam, a hollow core slab (HCS), and PC stairs.
