Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a phenyl hydrazine sensor containing nano-copper oxide and a preparing method of the same which are characterized by including a thin film with the average thickness of 70 to 90 nm having CuO crystals. According to the present invention, the phenyl hydrazine sensor containing nano-copper oxide and the preparing method of the same can show high sensitivity, a short reaction time, a low detection limit, and a wide first dynamic range in sensing phenyl hydrazine.
