Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a non-oxidation finishing mill system with a concurrent heating function which is capable of optimizing energy efficiency as well as of preventing oxidation of a steel plate during a finishing milling process, and a method using the same. The non-oxidation finishing mill system with a concurrent heating function comprises a chamber preventing a finishing milling roll from being exposed to external air and having a non-oxidation atmosphere formed by inert gas therein; an inert gas supply unit supplying the inert gas inside the chamber; an inert gas collecting unit collecting the inert gas of fixed temperature or more from the chamber and re-supplying the inert gas to the inert gas supply unit; a radiating unit radiating heat of the inert gas collected by the inert gas collecting unit; and an inert gas filling line supplying the inert gas which is preheated by the heat radiated from the inert gas, to the inert gas supply unit. |
