Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a furniture surface sheet and a furniture panel having the furniture surface sheet attached on, and more specifically, a furniture surface sheet including paper material and a furniture panel having the furniture surface sheet attached on. The furniture surface sheet according to the present invention which is attached on a surface of a wooden panel includes: a synthetic resin layer which has a lower surface attached on a surface of a wooden panel; a paper layer laminated on the upper surface of the synthetic resin layer; a print layer laminated on the upper surface of the paper layer; and a transparent protection coat layer which is laminated on the upper surface of the print layer to protect the paper layer and print layer.
