RICE GRUEL COMPRISING NUTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to porridge including nuts and a manufacturing method thereof, and, more specifically, to porridge including nuts, which comprises 1-20 parts by weight of nuts, 1-10 parts by weight of black sesame, 1-10 parts by weight of onions, 0.5-10 parts by weight of vegetables, 0.05-5 parts by weight of edible oil, 0.1-3 parts by weight of refined salt, and 10-80 parts by weight of purified water as sub-ingredients, to 100 parts by weight of pre-processed cereal, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein, the pre-processed cereal is obtained by inputting at least any one kind of cereal selected from rice, barley, sorghum, oats, hog millet, beans, Italian millet, mung beans and corn in water 1-5 times the weight of cereals, boiling at 40-60°C for 10-30 minutes and cooling; the nuts are at least one selected from among chestnuts, walnuts, gingko, pine nuts, acorns, macadamia nuts, pistachio and cashew nuts; vegetables are at least one selected from among carrot, cucumber, squash, Chinese cabbage, radish leaves, spring onions, water dropwort, chives, broccoli, celery, green bell peppers and paprika; and edible oil is able to be used by adding at least one component selected from among sesame oil, perilla seed oil, soybean oil, corn oil, peanut oil, pepper seed oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, canola oil and cotton seed oil in purified water 5-20 times the amount of the weight of said component.
