Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present invention are an apparatus for deriving a cyclic signal and processing a signal of an electronic control internal combustion engine that has a cycle stroke and a method thereof. When changing the structural design of an electronic control internal combustion engine that uses a gasoline or diesel to that of an internal combustion engine that uses a gas fuel, the present invention comprises: an original signal part where an electronic control unit finds a position status of an engine; a signal processing part which processes the original signal; and the electronic control unit in order to control an operational fluid according to each stroke of a cycle (a period) of injection, compression, ignition, and exhaust.
