Zusammenfassung:The present invention portably rapidly tests and detects the existence of a biological active toxin such as a botulinum toxin. Proteolysis activity of BoNT/A is measured by detection of peptide cleavage. A fluorescence temperament induces fluorescence which is opened and increased by the BoNT/A. The fluorescence is monitored in real time using a fluorescence detection tool, a real time PCR system, which is deformed to execute a specific detection algorithm for detecting a target toxin.
