VIBRATION GENERATOR

The present invention is a system for converting vibration energy into electric energy using a vehicle suspension system or a rack gear using wave height vibration of wave. The conventional vehicle suspension system includes a spring shock absorber, which removes a primary vibration, and an oil shock absorber, which decreases and removes secondarily generated surging force of a spring shock absorber, so that electric energy is obtained by removing the oil shock absorber and installing the said system. The vibration generator comprises: a rack gear unit which operates a rack gear by installing a gear shaft in a spring shock absorber of a suspension system and connecting a large gear to a small gear; and a permanent magnet generation unit which generates power by rotating the permanent magnet by installing a ring gear to the small gear to increase rotation speed. When the gear shaft descends, a left gear unit is operated, and a c3 shaft is rotated. When the gear shaft ascends, a right gear unit is rotated in a counter clockwise direction by being caught on a rack, a b6 gear of the permanent magnet unit is operated and the permanent magnet is rotated, thereby generating power. According to the present invention, the vibration system reduces load on a storage battery by operating a vehicle and generating electric energy at the same time, thereby extending the driving distance of an electric car.
