Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mushroom-shaped grain snack and the mushroom-shaped grain snack, whereby the mushroom-shaped grain snack is manufactured by using grains, thereby providing a delight to the eyes and having an image of health. The method comprises: after removing various foreign materials from rice cultivated in a manner of environmentally friendly agriculture (organic, pesticide-free, or pesticide agriculture) on an exclusive line and then performing a selection process of selecting rice, a washing step of washing the selected rice; a rice soaking step of soaking the washed rice in water for 4-5 hours; a rice smashing step of finely smashing the soaked rice; a mushroom powder stirring step of mixing a dried and pulverized mushroom powder with the rice flour obtained in the rice smashing step; a bar rice cake preparing step of heating the stirred mixture using steam, and then extruding a bar rice cake through a nozzle having a bar rice cake shape; a first drying step of drying the bar rice cake; a size control cutting step of cutting the bar rick cake obtained in the first drying step into a mushroom shape which has a thickness of 2-3 mm and of which the center is swollen; a second drying step of drying the mushroom-shaped rice cake, obtained in the cutting step, using a drier; a mushroom-shaped ppeongtuigi puffing step of puffing the mushroom-shaped rice cake, obtained in the second drying step, using heated salt; a step of transferring and air washing the puffed mushroom-shaped ppeongtuigi; and a packaging step of packaging the washed mushroom-shaped ppeongtuigi. |
