MENU BOARD ADVERTISING SERVICE SYSTEM USING RECOGNITION OF AUGMENTED REALITY MARKER AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a system and a method for servicing menu board advertising using recognition of an augmented reality (AR) marker and, more specifically, to a system and a method for servicing advertising by recognizing an AR marker indicating a specific menu on a menu board through an AR function of a mobile terminal and showing a real image of the specific menu on the AR marker. The system for servicing menu board advertising using recognition of an AR marker according to the present invention comprises: a menu board having multiple AR markers to indicate menus; a customer mobile terminal having an AR marker application, which performs an AR function, to extract information by photographing and recognizing the AR marker, transmitting the information extracted from the AR marker while outputting the photographed AR marker image on a screen, and playing an advertising video on the AR marker image output on the screen in real time by receiving the advertising video matching with information of the AR marker; and a menu board advertising service server having a video DB in which the advertising video matching with the information of the AR marker provided in the menu board is registered, acquiring the advertising video matching with the information of the AR marker from the video DB when receiving the information of the AR marker, and transmitting the advertising video to the customer mobile terminal.
