FEED USING SPENT MUSHROOM SUBSTRATE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a feed using a mushroom spent medium and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a feed obtained by inoculating Bacillus amyloliquenfaciens CS07 [accession no. KACC91686P] and Saccharomyces sp. CS1 in a spent medium remaining after the harvesting of mushroom, followed by fermentation, and a method for preparing the feed. According to the present invention, environmental problems can be solved by recycling the mushroom spent medium that can be made into a feed, and effects of reducing the feed cost and producing high-quality meat can be obtained by providing a method for preparing a feed, capable of improving safety and conservation of the spent medium through anaerobic fermentation, and a feed prepared by the method.
