Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a controller for controlling a weld fillet length for a flux cored arc welding (FCAW) manual welding machine, which automatically controls to select voltages and currents required for welding corresponding to the length of weld fillet for a part to be welded and define the same welding speed and method, and thus easily the quality of welded part can be managed. The controller (3) for controlling the length of weld fillet used in the FCAW manual welding machine includes a manual voltage controller (11) which manually adjusts voltages required for welding; a manual current controller (12) which manually adjusts currents required for welding; and an automatic voltage and current controller (20) which automatically adjusts voltages and currents corresponding to the length of weld fillet. The controller (3) provides a manual mode as well as an automatic mode, so that an output voltage and an output current are adjusted by the manual voltage controller and the manual current controller when the manual mode is selected, and a predetermined voltage and a predetermined current for a selected length of the weld fillet are outputted when the automatic mode is selected.
