INSULATING MULTI-LAYER GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention discloses a multi-layered thermal insulation glass. The thermal insulation glass includes: a glass unit including two or more sheets of glass; thermal insulation spacer bars which are installed between the glass sheets to space apart the glass sheets with a space therebetween; an adhesive coated on the both sides of the thermal insulation spacer bars contacting the glass sheets to attach the thermal insulation spacer bars to the glass sheets; a first sealant unit which is coated on the both side surfaces of the thermal insulation spacer bars along the outer edge of the surface where the adhesive is coated on to prevent the water or gas from flowing in or out; a second sealant unit which is injected in a space leading to the outermost end of the thermal insulation spacer bars and glass sheets to seal the outer peripheral surface of the thermal insulation spacer bars. Also, the first sealant unit includes the butyl coated on the corner portions of the both side surfaces of the thermal insulation spacer bars.
