Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a device and a method to control a virtual screen in a touchscreen device. When a touchscreen input is detected on a screen view representing a partial area of a virtual screen, the matter of whether the touchscreen input is a stylus input or a touch input is determined regarding the touchscreen input. When the touchscreen input is a stylus input, the stylus input is processed as a control input regarding the virtual screen. When the touchscreen input is a touch input, the screen view is moved in the virtual screen to correspond to the contact movement of the touch input.
