PORTABLE TYPE FRICTION STIR WELDING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a portable friction agitation welding apparatus which can be used in a limited space and carry without a disassembly because an occupied space may be decreased as an overall size is reduced and a mechanical construction is simplified. The portable friction agitation welding apparatus includes a bed which has a stage raised to be faced with jointing units of jointed members, and a plurality of clamps pressing and fixing upper portions of one terminal and the other terminal of the jointed members on the stage; a guide device which has a pair of guide frames extended according to a length direction of the stage in both sides of the stage upper surface, and a pair of first guide rail mounted to be extended according to a length direction of the guide frame on an inner side of the guide frames faced with each other; and a joint head which has a spindle assemble in which a friction stir tool performing a friction stir welding to the jointing units is mounted, and a movement device moving the spindle assemble according to a lifting and guide device.
