Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a desk lamp light control device capable of maintaining proper illumination intensity considering the surrounding and preset illumination intensity and color temperature which are desired by a user. The stand control device comprises: a lamp light sources part in which LED and OLED are illuminated as light sources; a stand cover including a reflecting surface covering parts of the lamp light sources part; a surrounding color temperature and illumination measuring part, mounted on the outer surface of the stand cover, for measuring the illumination of the surrounding light sources and outputting surrounding color temperature and illumination signals; a measuring part of illumination intensity and color temperature of the illuminating part for outputting illumination signals and color temperature by measuring the light of the illuminating part illuminated inside of the stand cover; an inclination measuring part for outputting inclination signals after measuring the inclination between the stand cover and the surface; and a processing part of the color temperature and illumination intensity of a surface in which light generated from the lamp generating part is reflected after transmitting inclination signals and illumination signals and color temperature of the illumination part; and a lamp control part for controlling the color temperature and illumination intensity of the lamp light sources part based on the surrounding color temperature and illumination signals and illumination intensity outputted from the processing part.
