| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating prostate cancer. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating prostate cancer in the present invention comprises JFD00244, tetrindole mesylate, 5-nonyloxytryptamine oxalate or clofazimine as active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating prostate cancer in the present invention shows anticancer effects of selectively eliminating prostate cancer cells and inhibiting the proliferation of prostate cancer cell lines through the inhibition of BMX activity. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating prostate cancer in the present invention has advantages of overcoming the problems and treatment limitations of conventional hormone therapy and radiotherapy for prostate cancer and of being applicable as a targeted anticancer agent for prostate cancer. |
