The disclosed method for evaluating a cleansing effect includes a cleansing step of applying cosmetics on the skin of a user and cleansing and drying the skin of the user, a collection step of attaching and releasing a test sheet to and from the skin of the user through the cleansing step, an inspection image acquisition step of making the test sheet through the collection step into an inspection image, an extraction image acquisition step of extracting an image corresponding to cosmetics applied to the inspection image, and an analysis step of calculating the state of the extracted image against the inspection image.
