Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, a heat exchanger for controlling temperatures is capable of controlling the temperatures of water inside a second heat exchanger by using a refrigerant. Water of a first heat exchanger is transferred to a tank of a second heat exchanger and is supplied back with the same water so as to perform the heat exchanges of both first and second heat exchangers with the same water. Thereby, a need for installing an additional heat exchanger can be eliminated, and an inconvenience and costs for the same reason can also be eliminated.
