Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a card key for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a card key for a vehicle capable of performing an operation such as opening and closing doors of the vehicle or starting up an engine by communicating with the vehicle wirelessly, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention of the card key for a vehicle comprises: a lower cover; a circuit board stacked on an upper surface of the lower cover to be coupled thereto; and an upper cover integrally coupled to the lower cover while covering an upper part of the circuit board, wherein the lower and upper covers are made of molded articles, respectively.
