THE WATER-INSOLUBLE ZOLEDRONATE COVERED WITH AMORPHOUS SURFACTANT

The present invention provides zoledronate covered with an amorphous surfactant, which is a poorly water-soluble substance and includes 100 parts by weight of zoledronate and the surfactant having two or more alkyl chains bonded to hydrophilic parts. The amount of the surfactant is 10-200 parts by weight based on the zoledronate. The surfactant is bonded as amorphously surrounding the outside of the zoledronate and is dissolved in water in an emulsion type. The zoledronate to which the surfactant is bonded has 0.5 to 30 micrometers of average diameter, and ±200% average range of size based on the diameter. The water-insoluble zoledronate covered with amorphous surfactant of the present invention can increase contents of dissolvable zoledronate up to tens to hundreds times more than a conventional method of solubilizing the zoledronate in a liposome form or an emulsion form.
