THE WATER-INSOLUBLE BIMATOPROST COVERED WITH AMORPHOUS SURFACTANT AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an amorphous bimatoprost covered with a surfactant and a preparation method thereof. The amorphous bimatoprost covered with a surfactant according to an embodiment in the present invention comprises: 100 parts by weight of bimatoprost; and 10-200 parts by weight of a surfactant with respect to the weight of the bimatoprost, wherein the surfactant has two or more alkyl chains adhering to a hydrophilic part thereof. The surfactant adheres to the bimatoprost while surrounding the outside of the bimatoprost in an amorphous form, so that the bimatoprost is dissolved in an emulsion type in water. The bimatoprost to which the surfactant adheres has an average diameter of 0.5-30 micrometers, and the average size range of the bimatoprost is within ±200% with respect to the diameter of the bimatoprost.
