METHOD FOR PREDICTING CONSUME CALORIE OF COKE OVEN

The present invention relates to a method for estimating a calorie consumption of coke, which comprises the following: a step of collecting influencing factors related to the calorie consumption of coke; a step of selecting among the collected influencing factors an influencing factor having a strong correlation with the calorie consumption of coke and an influencing factor requiring a theoretical review as an independent variable and an adjoint variable, respectively; and a step of estimating the calorie consumption of coke based on the independent and adjoint variables. The present invention is capable of calculating an optimum calorie consumption according to a working condition of a coke oven and a coal mixture condition, thereby enabling a quality management of the coke and preventing an increase in operation costs of the coke oven.
