Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention are an apparatus for measuring the rotational state of a rotor and an aerogenerator including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring the rotational state of a rotor comprises: a resistance band which is installed in a shape of surrounding the circumference of a cylindrical main shaft for transmitting the rotational power of a rotor, and whose resistance linearly increases from a reference position along the circumference of the cylinder; a current measuring unit which measures the value of current that flows through a resistance body positioned within a fixed interval from the resistance band; and a control module which calculates the position of the rotor based on the current value and the resistance size of the resistance body and calculates the rotational speed of the rotor by analyzing the changes in the position of the rotor over time.
