SYNCHRONIZATION DETECTING APPARATUS FOR POWER SYSTEM INTERCONNECTION

The present invention comprises: a voltage input unit receiving the input of in-phase voltages from both ends of a system, respectively; and a determination unit determining whether voltages on both ends are synchronized by using potential difference in the voltages on both ends which are inputted from the voltage input unit and the period of the potential difference. According to the present invention, the apparatus prevents a circuit breaker from being applied in the asynchronous state of both ends of the system and prevents economic loss and damage to equipment produced by the application of the circuit breaker in the asynchronous state.
