Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the present invention is to improve productivity and workability according to the automation of welding work for anticorrosion and impact resistance treatment and to minimize the deformation of a material after welding, by previously performing overlay welding using an anticorrosion and impact resistance matter on the surface of a stainless material in a material preparing process for manufacturing a moon pool structure where a lower structure of a turret for an offshore structure and a hull meet together. To achieve the above purpose, the anticorrosion and impact resistance method for a moon pool unit of an offshore structure comprises as follows: a step of performing overlay welding using an anticorrosion and impact resistance matter on the surface of a material in a material preparing process for manufacturing a moon pool structure where a lower structure of a turret of an offshore structure and a hull meet together; a step of performing bending treatment on the anticorrosion treated material at a fixed curvature; a step of assembling a block using the bending treated material; a step of performing pre-erection on the assembled block; and a step of performing post-processing treatment on the surface of the block after the pre-erection.
