The present invention relates to a service of finding an administrative district indicated on a map by using commercial information to be desirably found. The present invention is a computer program having a scheme of specifying an administrative district with a picture showing a map of highest level administrative districts and names thereof, narrowing lower administrative districts and then narrowing a lower administrative district of a specific administrative district among the lower administrative districts until a final administrative district is reached. At the lowest administrative district, guidance images for various commercial facilities which are operated by advertising on the site can be seen. From among the images, a business type having final information desired to be found by a searcher is selected and information thereof is obtained. All search information is connected only with images from a start to an end. That is, information is searched for with picture. It is different from an existing method of searching for with a text.
